One of the original cottages built with The Manor Inn at the end of the 19th century, Cherokee Cottage is a lovely, English Tudor-style building. All units have hardwood floors. Parking in front of building. Part of Albemarle Park, listed on National Register of Historic Neighborhoods. Tenants pays for electric; owner pays heat, water, hot water, garbage, grounds maintenance. Coin-operated laundry located next door at Twin Oaks may be used by tenants in Cherokee Cottage. Heat is natural gas. No AC; tenants may add window unit at their own expense. NO dogs; adult cat only w/ approval and additional fees.
